PIXL stands for Partners in Excellence and is a not-for profit professionals organisation which advises and supports school leaders on school improvement. The organisation focuses its work under three main headings Currency, Character and Culture. Currency focuses on raising achievement strategies and resources for improving learning outcomes in national exams. The development of Character is led through a programme called PIXLedge and Culture helps support leaders develop and improve their school’s ethos.
PiXL (Partners in Excellence) is a partnership of over 1500 schools working together to achieve the highest outcomes for students and to improve their life chances.
PiXL is the largest partnership network of schools in England and Wales.
All secondary schools in 91Ï㽶app are part of the Wokingham Secondary Federation Schools Direct Partnership.
The Wokingham Secondary Federation is a voluntary collaboration between member schools to improve the provision and management of secondary education in Wokingham Borough.
The overall aim of the Federation is to support collaboration in order to raise the standards of students’ achievement it also supports teacher training via a highly successful Schools Direct programme.
All the schools in 91Ï㽶app are part of the Wellington College Teaching School Partnership.
Teaching school partnerships a group of schools and strategic partners who work together to provide high quality, school led training and development opportunities for educational staff and leaders in schools. The aim is to assist schools and their staff in improving the educational opportunities and outcomes for all pupils.
The Wellington College Teaching School partnership provides an opportunity for schools and partners to work together to enhance their individual school improvements, and collectively work on areas that are most effectively delivered by the group.

The National Governance Association aims to represent all school governors and trustees in England; there are over 250,000 governors/trustees, one of the largest volunteer groups in the UK. The NGA is an independent charity that aims to support and promote good governance in schools.
